Bamboo Release V0.4.2 Is Here

A new RSK Bamboo release has been published in our Github repo. This release solves synchronization issues and introduces security improvements detected in previous version.

Important note: If you are already running a previous version of RSKj, it’s strongly recommended to do a database reset and restart node. Also, if you are upgrading from 0.4.0, please check changes in configuration file introduced in previous version of the client.

You can find a complete list of the changes introduced in the corresponding Github milestone.

Version 0.4.2 release’s sha256 sum is 208325af99253ca72c399e526a0144928f7b34dd8ad235a31f5c59f3a61c5992 rskj-core-0.4.2-BAMBOO-all.jar. See Reproducible Build guide for further details.

We encourage all users to update to this new version. Please reach out with any feedback you would like to share with us, you can contact us directly on our Gitter community or directly through creating issues in our Github repository.
